We collect only what we need. We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, ethnicity, political views, etc.).
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. We do not track you across websites. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may set a technical session cookie for security purposes only — it contains no personal data and is not used for marketing.
4. Who we share your data with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.
5. How long we keep your data
- Waitlist entries: Until you ask to be removed, or until the relevant language cohort has launched and you have been notified — whichever comes first.
- Program participant data: For the duration of the program and up to 2 years after for support and invoicing purposes.
- Payment records: As required by Swiss and EU financial record-keeping obligations (generally 10 years).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time (for waitlist sign-ups) without affecting prior processing
- Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances

If you are in the EU or Switzerland and feel your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB/PFPDT).
7. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact info@aiwithsaida.com.
8. International data transfers
Our service providers (Cloudflare, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Our website is served over HTTPS at all times.
10. Children's privacy
This program is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us at info@aiwithsaida.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active waitlist and program participants of any material changes by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
